Customer Rating:      Summary: You will get results! Comment: This video really works! The exercises are very concentrated and theres lots of variety to keep your interest. There is NO better benefit you can get out of 10 minutes than these 3 ten-minute workouts. I have definately firmed up, shaped, and improved my rear-end ever since I started this video. You will get results.

I just recieved this item from amazon.com and I did the first workout today, and I can already tell that this video will be as successful as the others. "Hit the Spot: Buns" is very effiecient. You will do 3 workouts a day and they each last ten minutes. The best part about these videos is not only the results, but the way they fit ito a busy schedule. I also use "Hit the Spot: Abs" and "Hit the Spot: Thighs." Don't miss out on these videos, especially if you workout very little like me. When you first start it will be a little hard, and you will be sore, but it is very much worth your while! Remember it takes time, and if you want a firmer "rearview" then you will get the results you want with "Hit the Spot: Buns."

"We're gonna have a nice rear view!" promises peppy Denise Austin. This 1995 video presents three different 10-minute workouts that all target the buttocks. Workout 1 is done standing: squats, plies, and a variety of standing leg lifts (holding onto a chair for balance). Workout 2 contains dozens of repetitions of pelvic tilts (not nearly as effective as squats) done lying on the back, then some controlled donkey kicks and leg lifts done on hands and knees. Workout 3 is again done standing: squats, wide-legged squats, lunges, and a few combination moves. You learn all the exercises you'll ever need to strengthen and shape the buttocks. All workouts are without weights, so these are best for beginning exercisers. If you're an intermediate, or when this routine gets easy, add dumbbells for the squats and lunges, and ankle weights for the leg lifts. --Joan Price
