I like them, they are sturdy and help keep my SUV clean. Customer Rating: Summary: Happily Discovered Comment: I very am happy with what I got. They are new and clean, soft and strong on part and stronger on other side but all is very sturdy. The edging is not cheap or anything and yes, there is an occasional thread miss but who cares, there's a ton of flat, neat smooth stitching. On one (got 5) some fabric overlapped but smooth and heavy too. I got them to sew together (Hand because they are heavy) and over lap and put in a better fabric cover to hang over the door to block outside noise in the hallway of my apartment and for privacy because you can hear everything in the hall as well. As an adult industry person, simple decent conversation at the door by different and few people over all is still necessary for privacy for all. Pardon any typo's ,in a rush... Customer Rating: Summary: Great moving blankets for the price Comment: I'm a professional cabinetmaker and we use these blankets for delivering our products, protecting our knees on hard surfaces, protecting fine furniture, etc... They perform very well and take a lot of abuse. Yes the edging may tear a little and yes the stitching does come out, but for a work environment they work great. And they will last you quite a while under reasonable conditions. Customer Rating: Summary: Paper edging?!? Comment: I bought this to insulation a kennel or to act as a doggy blanket. I figure a moving blanket would be very durable given their normal use. I am not sure this one is up to either job (doggy or moving). 1. The blanket I received had a disposable paper hospital gown material for the blanket edging. This is very cheap stuff, so I'm feeling over charged and I question the quality of the other material. 2. The outer material was not kept flat during the sewing process so that there is a fold in the fabric that can catch and rip. 3. Not much padding or stuffing. 4. Does not seem durable or washable. I order this over the other moving blankets offered on Amazon because of the free shipping, but I'm beginning to question whether it was worth it. It is at best a light weight moving blanket, not the medium line that is described. Glad I only ordered one. Customer Rating: Summary: Great For Sound Studio Flutter Control Comment: I have a converted garage recording studio, and a huge problem has always been echo (flutter). These thick/textured/heavy blankets are a very inexpensive way of controlling flutter. I currently have attached them to the walls with velcro making them portable as recording sessions warrant. I have one in use as a "curtain" for a vocal booth as well. Highly recommended if you are looking for this sort of thing. Happy recording. More Reviews
