Comment: Afraid to use pesticides to get rid of ants for fear of harming your kids, pets, yourself plus the environment?
Use Orange Guard. It gets rid of your ant problem with citrus. No harm to your family or the environment.
Orange Guard works on other insect pests, too.
Highly recommend!

Summary: killed ants on contact
Comment: I was rather skeptical of Orange Guard but I try to use chemicals as little as possible. I purchased this product to use on sugar ants and small household ants that were showing up around my cats food bowl. This product kills ant instantly on contact. It has a very strong smell which is rather pleasant in small doses. The downside is the lack of a residual effect. It does not seem to prevent ants from coming back for very long. I suggest you use this spray for immediate control of present insects especially in sensitive areas such as around pet food bowls but you may need something with a more long lasting effect for reoccurring problems.

Comment: I've used this product several times, and it works as far killing bugs sooner rather than later, but it doesn't seem to work for preventing them from entering your household. I've used it both inside and outside the house. Maybe I'm doing something wrong. However it does smell pretty good.

Comment: This stuff works great ... I had a major problem with ants after having landscaping done ... they were outside and eventually worked their way inside and nothing was working ... I found out about Orange Guard and ordered it and within two days they were all gone ... its amazing!!!

Summary: a great "natural "product to ward off pest ,especially termites.
Comment: I completely sprayed every nook and crany of my shop inside and out with the product almost 2 weeks ago, have'nt seen any new bugs and before I sprayed I cleaned up any termite dirt trails and they have'nt repaired them so far.

The active ingredient in this product is d-limonene, a steam-distilled byproduct of citrus peels, entirely of natural origin. Persons with known citrus allergies may be affected. This broad-based insecticide product will cause mortality in most insects within 15 minutes. The active ingredient d-Limonene (orange peel extract) destroys the wax coating of the insect's respiratory system. When applied directly, the insect suffocates. The citrus fragrance of d-Limonene acts as a repellent. Orange Guard is a water-based insecticide. All ingredients in Orange Guard meet the G.R.A.S. (generally recognized as safe) standard set by FDA. D-limonene is approved by the FDA as a food additive, and is found in products such as fruit cakes, cleaners, degreasers, air fresheners and pet shampoos. Orange Guard is 100% biodegradable and water-soluble. Our tests showed no extensive or permanent damage to plants sprayed with Orange Guard. Orange Guard can be stored at normal room temperatures and can be applied at any temperature. Do not boil or freeze. Ready to use formula requires no dilution or excess handling. Use for insect control indoors and outside. Spray insects directly and over area where repellant effect is desired until wet. Use stream setting on roaches and for penetrating cracks and crevices. Spray kitchens, pantries and under cabinets and applicances-anywhere insects will hide. Wait three minutes, then wipe excess with damp sponge or cloth. Outside, spray around doorways, window frames, cracks and any other area an insect may enter. Repellant quality will last for weeks before product will biodegrade; reapply every 3-4 weeks.
