Customer Rating: Summary: Great if it works right Comment: I bought this because my son's swimming team uses accusplit watches at its events. This is a very sophisticated model with tons of features. Its button assignments are not standard however, and switching from this watch to another (even another accusplit) will be confusing. My biggest problem is with the warrantee. Since it is a watch, the manufacturer can tell how old it is. It is a "no sales slip" policy. The warrantee drops in class when the watch is one year old and vanishes at age 5 no matter when you buy it. My watch from amazon was 7 months old when it arrived. Now one button malfunctions (it double hits most of the time, wiping out a reading) and of course it is beyond the first year even though I have only had it for 8 months.
Customer Rating: Summary: Works great Comment: The watch does everything it advertizes and works great. I coach a swim team of thirty kids and this allows me to keep splits from meets, look at stroke rate, and allows me to store it all. My only complain is that the start button is also the split button, this is different from every other watch I have used. to stop the watch, you hit the button that normally gets splits, you can see how this can cause problems. Oh well, once I get used to it, I'm sure it'll be fine.
