It makes great waffles and there is plenty of room for burgers and chicken and without any messy splatter that you get with a pan. I loved my old George Forman grill, but it was just too small and it was hard to clean the attached plates. Now I have everything, size, versitility and easy cleaning. I have heard about George Foreman's contact grills for awhile now but have always been resistant in buying one because of the cleaning issue. Now that his grill has evolved with removable plates, I was in the market for one! I recently bought this on a Black Friday day here for only $50! So far, I mainly use my grill for my Korean barbecue dishes and the occasional breakfast egg. The amount of fat sliding down is a sight to be seen.
