Spotlight customer reviews: Customer Rating: Summary: Westinghouse ceiling fan/light Comment: This product required 80 minutes installation time by a professional, and one of the glass globes arrived broken. Otherwise, it seems to work well. Customer Rating: Summary: Waste of time Comment: The fan definitely looks great at a decent price. After spending over 4 hours to fix it and get it to run, I found out that it makes noise while running. The manual says - leave it on for 24 hours for the bearings to settle and the noise to go away. So, We left the fan on for more than 24 hrs, but the noise didnot go away. The light fixture was defective as well. One of the 3 glass holders wouldnt fit in!!! I finally gave up and spent another 1 hour to take it out. Replaced it with another one I bought at lowes for the same price. After spending another 4 hours, we fixed the new one and it works like a charm. Such a waste of my time!!! It was perfect for a smaller bedroom. very easy to use(the fan/light pulls are actually labeled!). I installed in myself in a couple of house. Directions were great. Love it!
