Like you, I've used what seems like every golf training tool and become just as frustrated and self doubting. What I like about this tool and all training bags is one of the hardest parts of the golf swing is the motion and posture at ball impact, the: 1. Forward motion of the hips 2. Keeping your posture straight 3. Feet positioned 4. Club face square at impact 5. Swinging with those arms This bag helps you focus on all of these points and others, when used in front of a mirror you can practice your stroke and study your posture at impact. The instructions recommend using a bed comforter or pillows to stuff inside the bag (opens with a zipper), I found this useless because the bag just moved or deformed at impact.
