Summary: Worked for my husband but not for me.
Comment: I'm a 22 yr old woman and I took the recommended dose for one day. I got all the imaginable side effects possible. My heart was racing too fast, got nausea, headaches and I couldnt sleep all night. I drank 10 glasses of water while I was taking the pills and took the last pill 6 hours before I went to bed. After that day I never took it again. I guess it just wasnt for me. My husband who is 25 yrs old started taking it after me and he is doing perfectly fine with it. He has no complaints what so ever.

Summary: Itchy Energy
Comment: Something in this product makes me have an allergic reaction. I read the ingredients and I only can speculate that it is the sesame oil as I am allergic to sesame seeds. I can only take it if I take Claritin or some other allergy pill with it. It does give me energy, but having to take an allergy pill just to take it is a deal breaker. I will not be purchasing any more.

Comment: I experienced anxiety, insomnia, and irrational feelings of anger soon after taking this product. I will never take this product again. I can't return it, so it's money wasted. I can't speak to its efficacy since I was unable to take it more than twice.

Summary: No Ephedra, no major results, but it helps
Comment: I have used Xenadrin RFA-1 (if you don't know what this is, it helped me get in the best shape of my lfe in my mid-to-late 20s). I'm in my mid 30's now, and although I have a relaxed job with a routine and time to exercise I find it harder to get motivated and maintain my will-power around food. Coming from a family with a history of obesity, but not being afraid to run 10 miles/wk to stay in shape, it's a constant battle for me to stay in "average" conditioning. The non-ephedra products are helpful in slightly reducing your appetite, slightly increasing your energy level and marginally helping in weight loss. If you are smart about the way you use this product, ease into it and pay attention to your body, it will help give the little boost to get to the next level. It's not a miracle drug, and it's nowhere near as effective as the ephedra products of past (now against the law in the USA). But, as I get older, I want to be more careful with my heart anyway, so I suppose it's okay. Just pay attention to your body while using this. If you feel jittery, eating something will help you relax a bit, or drinking a bunch of water, or back off the dosage. If you are sleepy after lunch, this will help keep you alert (like drinking two cups of coffee for me). However, this will keep me up at night if I take any after 2-3PM. I've tried Lipo-6 and the Non-Hardcore Hydroxycut products and this seems to work better for me. I will use it until it's gone and then not use it for a couple months to "cycle". I never take more than 3 pills per day, as this is all I need to "feel" some impact. Moderation is key, and just plain smart. I also feel like this makes my mind more alert and responsive than no meds. It doesn't bother my stomach, and I have a fairly sensitive stomach. The liquicap products upset my stomach. Just don't take this without having something to drink to wash it down. Burps are nasty if you don't have some water with you.

Summary: side effects too much
Comment: Even before I worked up to the 3 cap dosage I was feeling pretty crappy from the side effects. I experienced some serious mental jittering, and a overall feeling of nauseousness. I took the product 8 days before giving up. Supposedly a refund is on the way. We'll see.
