Comment: Same situation as the previous reviewer - my daughter is a 5' 9" club player in the 15s bracket and this is her first pair of dedicated volleyball shoes purchased in early December '06. She had some initial difficulty in adapting to the shoe with some sore spots at the back of the ankle for the first week or two of practices. The sore spots quickly went away and never resulted in blisters. But she also likes the look and stuck with them thru that first week or so. After that they've been fine thru one multi-day and three full-day tournaments and 3 times weekly practices. I had read some commentary on other sites about Mizuno's shoes not being as durable as some others but so far these are holding up very well. As with any specialty sport shoe, she doesn't wear them off the court.
