Comment: Says that six weeks of useage is needed to build up a level in the bloodstream, getting closer to six weeks. Has slightly elevated mood, unsure if that is placebo effect or actual results. Ask your doctor before using this to make sure you are getting what you are looking for in this product.

Comment: My 11-year-old takes these (he has OCD, Asperger's Syndrome & Tourette's.) Within 2 weeks we noticed an improvement in his mood & within 6 weeks there was an amazing change in his anxiety, mood, and depression. He is happy most of the time and when things go wrong, he handles them much more easily.
