Mixes easily with water or milk with NO aftertaste. It does have higher calories (200cal/serving)than other powders,it also has fast and slow acting proteins, enzymes to help digest the proteins(so you don't bloat up), and 5g of fiber in a serving.The taste alone makes this protein powder worth it!
