Spotlight customer reviews: Customer Rating: Summary: Great product, Shoplet.com is a poor vendor Comment: The web page clearly indicated I was buying a case of 12ea. bottles for the advertised price. I ordered 5. 5ea. bottles arrived. I sent two emails to Shoplet.com (vendor), received an auto-responder each time with a promise to reply... never received a reply from them, nor did they send the remainder of the product ordered. I then contacted Amazon.com and advised them of my displeasure with the vendor's lack of responsiveness and apparent bait/switch tactics. Amazon.com got back to me in a timely manner and advised I would be receiving a full refund for my order. To be buying individual bottles at the advertised price is no bargain, the advertised "case of 12" would've been a nice value. Customer Rating: Summary: Decent Hand Soap... Comment: This soap is very nice. It a foaming soap, so as it flows thru the dispenser it coverts itself from a liquid to a very luxurious white foam. I don't buy into the anti-bacterial soap movement as those kill good bacteria as well as bad. This is not anti-bacterial, but very moisturizing. We have gotten rid of all other hand soaps in out house and are now ordering this in bulk. Amazon has a great price for it. CORRECTION: This is NOT the foaming hand soap I thought it was, but rather the smooth version. Not as nice as the foaming one so I'll retract my eariler review. I would give this 3 stars....
