They are Man-Made using modern technology that make them look like Southsea Pearls. But they are not cultured Pearls. The process of making a shell pearl involves several different stages. First, the sea shell is grinded and used as the base. The base is coated and polished to the final shape of the pearl. Secondly, a layer of the pulverized cultured pearls are applied to the base by dipping the base into the ishscales and oils, allowing it to dry.
