Customer Rating: Summary: Extremely poorly made Comment: Had a crack in wood on the top when it arrived. I figured I'd live with it rather than go through the bother of reboxing it and hauling it to the post office. The first time I moved it (gently) it completely came unglued and collapsed. Should be able to roll a rolling cart! I now have an expensive pile of firewood - too bad I don't have a fireplace.
Customer Rating: Summary: Love this cart ! Comment: I was a little skeptical when I read some of the reviews but since this cart fit my needs perfectly and I loved the idea that it's collapsible I figured I'd try it. It arrived in perfect condition - maybe they improved the packaging - and I had it assembled in 10 minutes. All you have to do is screw the top on with the enclosed bolts and hex key and pop the casters in.
For this price I was surprised to see that it is solid wood - not veneer or flake board. The casters roll well on my carpet and it holds a good amount of weight. I'm very happy !
Customer Rating: Summary: Horrible workmanship Comment: This could have been a nice product. I must have got the one made on Friday. Probably why it was on sale. Top is not square to base. Base is not square. One side's glue joints are cracked and wobble. Bottom shelf is not level, won't lay on catches, and one of it's hinges is crooked. Screws put into hinges at an angle. Screw missing out of one catch and wood scuffed up from the catch moving around. I found the screw in the box at least, but the hole is stripped. Scuffed wood finish all around. When all together, it is not very stable. I would never put anything of value on it. I would send it back, but it would cost too much. Last time for Winsome for me.
Customer Rating: Summary: Might have been nice, but arrived slightly damaged Comment: I was a bit concerned when I saw that the box flap had opened during shipment. It must have taken the standard UPS drop treatment on its way as the sides of the cart near where it folds had little dowels nailed in from the back which had unfortunately pulled apart preventing me from assembling the card (unfolding it).
I finished pulling the sides apart which were supposed to be together with ease and applied some good glue (but the old nails meant to hold the unit together which pulled apart during shipment couldn't be taken out easily and kept me from pushing the sides back together flush).
I am waiting to see how my glue holds tomorrow. My options are using ugly screws, finishing nails, or sending it back. It was double boxed but apparently packaging could be improved.
Remember the old Samsonite ad where the gorilla couldn't break the suitcase apart? They should change the ad to show how the suitcase went through UPS handling without being damaged! This can happen to anything being shipped these days, seems UPS handling has slipped over the years. The cart fundamentally looks OK (made of solid wood).
Customer Rating: Summary: Hard to Put Wheels In Comment: To say that it was hard to put the wheels into this cart would be an understatement. It was almost impossible and I'm not convinced yet that I didn't splinter the wood somewhere, or a plastic wheel, in the process of doing that. I had to basically put all my weight (and I'm not small) on the wheel which A) has its axis off to one side so it REALLY stresses the plastic and B) doesn't have a good place to grab hold of it and wants to spin (it is a wheel, after all).
Now that it is together, though, the stand is very nice, looks just the way the picture looks, and it holding three potted plants instead of the printer I think it was designed to hold.

Let's face it, life doesn't stay the same--and that means that your furniture has to be able to go with the flow, too. Enter Winsome Wood's foldable 4-tier shelf. Collapsible, portable, and versatile, it may live in the office this week, the kitchen next month, and the bedroom next year. This stylish Mission-style unit is made of solid beechwood and offers a roomy top counter and two open shelves framed by slatted sides and simple square legs. Four black casters roll it wherever it's needed, then lock securely to keep it there until the next trek. When it's time to put the shelf away, the hinged sides and top fold down to a flat, neat package. Want a totally flexible décor? Add more of Winsome Wood's foldable pieces from shoe racks to desks to wine tables. It's like origami for your furniture! This shelf measures 24 inches wide by 16.2 inches deep by 27.2 inches high. --Kara Karll
