Summary: Extremely pleased
Comment: I received these beautiful wooden stumps as ordered, but one of the small bails was broken. I was mortified because this was to be a birthday present and I only had a few days left. I immediately emailed sportzcommunity via amazon and received a same day response that they would send a replacement. They did, they were fast and they were super obliging and helpful. I guess customer service really isn't dead.
