When I don't feel like making coffee, I pop one of these puppies into my mouth and it's go time. If you want to take a power-nap, do it after you take the caffeine. How? When your really tired midday, set the timer for 20 minutes (no more, or you'll fall into REM and wake up groggy), take one of these and take the nap. You'll wake up 20 minutes later super refreshed.
