Spotlight customer reviews: Customer Rating: Summary: it works well once you soak it and rinse it thouroughly, which is not all specified in the instructions Comment: This filter, works very well with the humidifier we have, but the instructions are not clear on everything you need to do to make it work well. It has to be soaked for 15mn and then thoroughly rinsed so that it works properly. If you do not rinse it,the humidifier shoots a not very pleasant yellowish mist that fills up the environment.
