Comment: The product is just fine. he service and customer help from Amazon leaves a great deal to be desired. As of today my account has not been credited with the return of the 2nd GPS I recived! And, when I go to MY Account to review status, it shows nothing about the GPS I purchased!

Comment: I purchased this item under a year ago and it already has problems. I took very good care of it and one day it just did not turn on. I mailed it back to the company and they have had it a month now. They are clueless and rude on the phone and I have no product now for 1 month and counting. I will not consider another magellan product or recommend one to anyone due to their incompetent customer service.

Summary: Perfect & a Breeze to Use
Comment: I recently relocated from Phoenix, AZ to San Diego, CA and at the last minute decided I should pick up a basic GPS so that I could navigate my way around San Diego without too much stress. From top-to-bottom, this product was and is continuing to be a lifesaver. It's very easy to setup and even easier to use. If you don't need all the bells and whistles, but want something that is small/lightweight and very portable (slips into your front pocket with ease) then this device is for you. Inexpensive, accurate, and easy to use. Very High recommendation!

Comment: Good product for the money, the only feature I wish it had is the ability to speak the upcoming road name. But it does tell me I have a turn coming up and the road name is viewable on the screen. Works well and quickly, would definately recommend for an entry level GPS.
