Summary: Allergic Reaction- Bismuth Oxychloride in this product
Comment: After using Bare Minerals for a Saturday morning and a Sunday morning application I have a horrible sunburn-like dry itchy raw face for 3 days. I previously tried Cover Girl Mineral makeup and had the same reaction, but did not realize the connection until now. Following research online-I discovered that many women suffer this same rash from the Bismuth Oxychloride contained in this product and some other brands like Cover Girl.
For those with Sensitive Skin, I would suggest finding a brand without that ingredient. There are several brands.

Summary: Best Foundation Ever!
Comment: I have problem skin-- breakouts, and splotchy red spots-- that I hate, and this is the first foundation I've ever found that actually covers it(not just makes it lighter), and makes it look like I have flawless skin-- AND it's not cakey or fake-looking. It makes you look like you have NATURALLY beautiful skin. To top it off, it's actually good for your skin, too. I love it, and I'll never switch back to the old garbage I used to use.

Summary: Good makeup for those prone to acne breakouts
Comment: I have been using this product for about half a year now. I love it! I have had acne for four years, and this is the only face product that I have used since my skin started to completely clear up. I'm not sure if the foundation itself has properties that prevent or eliminate acne, but it has certainly not caused it. Additionally, the foundation hides redness and acne scars very well. I went to the doctor's office to get some medication for my acne, and she asked if I had redness. Apparently, she said that my makeup covered it up so well that she didn't even notice that I had redness on both sides of my cheek. So the point is that it could be good for acne-prone individuals.

Comment: Prior to buying this product, I went on the specific company website to read more about it and to make sure I was selecting the right shade for my skin type. However, when I bought the product the shade was too dark for me and did not match at all. Also, I did not like the way the product felt on my skin. I could actually feel it on, it was heavier than the current mineral powder foundation I buy at my local store. I will not buy this again as it did not meet my expectations or deliver what it states it will in the commercials or on-line.

Comment: I really like this makeup, and once you get the hang of it, it is easy and fast to apply. I love that I can use it for cover-up, base, and powder by using different brushes. I also love that it is a bigger size.
It is great to get it through this seller at amazon, because I can get what I need without signing up for monthly deliveries.
