Keeps my energy up for quite some time with no let-down or crash that you would get with coffee or pop. I like that you mix it with up to 20 oz. of water. That helps to keep you hydrated! When on the go, I re-use an old gatorade 20 oz. bottle. If I am at home, I measure out my water into some type of water bottle with a lid, shake and drink.
