Customer Rating: Summary: Best of Daft Punk Comment: and surprisingly, the live crowd didn't ruin the entire recording as typically happens. I think everyone was so amazed to even see them. This set is definitely worth the purchase. You can feel the energy in the music and it sounds like everyone there had a good time. I'm kinda jealous. Customer Rating: Summary: Best Music Experience Ever! Comment: This album is Daft Punks greatest musical achievement as it branches all of their greatest hits. I love this album and the musical melodies never get old. This is my favorite electro/techno music I have and I highly recommend it! Customer Rating: Summary: How could you not give it 5 Stars???!!!!!!!! Comment: Abso-bloody-lutely sensational! Flippen awesome as we'd say down here in New Zealand!!! If you sat down for an hour listening to this album, you'd be swept off into another world. They've mixed all their greatest songs into 12 tracks. Fantstic. Listen to this. Feel it... Customer Rating: Summary: GREAT STUFF!!!!!!! Comment: This is anmazing LIVE album. I didnt think it would be that good cuz its live but i was impressed. DAFT PUNK RULES!!!!!!!!!! Customer Rating: Summary: Amazing CD, buy it ASAP Comment: I saw Alive 2007 twice once at Red Rocks theater is Colorado and the 2nd time at Vegoose 2007 in Las Vegas. Both times Daft Punk had an amazing performance and while the CD can't give the full experiance of having the light show, this CD has great quality sound and is Daft Punk's best CD. I've literally listened to this CD over 100 times and I still think it's the best music I've ever heard.
Recorded at the Palais Omnisports de Paris-Bercy, an 18,000-capacity sports arena in Paris, on June 14th, 2007. The CD captures the exuberant multi-media spectacle of Thomas Bangalter and Guy-Manuel de Homem-Christo's first hometown show in 10 years in front of a capacity crowd of thrilled fans.
