I am very satisfied with these grates. Customer Rating: Summary: Great replacement part Comment: They work great, although I would have been OK with the original ceramic ones again. These look nice and bright and shiny clean until you use them the first time, and then they do not clean up to 'like new'. They are clean, but blackened sort of. The original black ceramic ones were easier to return to 'like new' after using. Customer Rating: Summary: Weber 7527 Stainless Steel Replacement Cooking Grates Comment: While use of these turns them just as black as the original manufacturer grates, they are not degrading [corroding] at all and I don't expect they will. Parts for these grills are pricey and sometimes buying new is barely a larger output of $$$. I thought these would extend the life of my current gas grill and I do like these grates very much.
