They're not in the box. Amazon.com customer service, from Bangladesh or Calcutta it seems, is CLUELESS! Instead of having the mfr. send the missing items from their product description, they wanted the "complete" unit (uhhh...what part of missing items make up complete????) returned to them!!?? I had already spent hours updating and enhancing from TomTom's website upon receipt, but that went in one ear and out the other. Oh, and if you bought it a couple days ago for $129.99 with a $30 rebate, they're $99.99 now, no rebate necessary. I guess that's okay because CS rep. "Niti" in very broken English said the rebate check from the form I filled out a couple days ago would be here in a week. LMAO!!! The rebate center says 10-12 weeks.
