I've tried both the powder & the ready to drink shakes - the ready to drink wins hands down for texture (no grittiness plus it is nice & thick) & convenience. I find the ready to drink also seems to keep me satisfied for longer. The cappucino flavor is my favorite. I've found it tastes best chilled & over ice. If I squint really hard I can pretend it is an iced coffee...not of Starbucks quality but maybe a cheap one from a fast food joint. I would recommend giving this flavor a try if you are interested in doing Slim Fast & like coffee beverages. If you hate the taste or smell of coffee, then you might be better off with the Chocolate Royale or French Vanilla.
