If your pH is normal, treat like a yeast infection, if it still doesn't clear up then go to the doctor. Chances are, if your pH is normal, its a yeast infection. It isn't fool proof (doctors do a potassium peroxide whiff test and look for clue cells to find out for sure), but for an at-home kit, I think its beneficial and helpful. Customer Rating: Summary: Waste of money Comment: This product really sucks because there is no option to tell you that you definitely do not have a yeast infection or that you are okay. Even under "normal" you may stay have an infection. I already knew i "may" have an infection, thats why i bought the test. I think this might only work if u have something more serious than a yeast infection and start getting all the other wierd colors besides the yellow. It does not give a definitive answer regarding whether or not you have a yeast infection. If you have a ph of 4.5 (normal) it says you may have a yeast infection if you had symptoms. I bought the kit to see if I indeed had a yeast infection or not and it came up with a ph of 4.5 which would indicate a yeast infection if you had symptoms.
