So I purchased the drill "reconditioned". It arrived more like a used tool, no box-dirty. I have purchased used on ebay and the products were cleaner in appearence. The Bosch Driver is an awesome tool. Powerful and lightweight. I personally love the added touch of having the LEDs on the front of the drill. Came with Two batteries which is a plus.
