Summary: Silver? Hardly... try pink.
Comment: The device works well enough, and the design is fairly sleek. However, as previous users have mentioned, the blackberry insignia stays lit--even if the phone is fully charged, and even if there's no phone being charged! But what really grinds my gears is the color. Advertised as silver, I received a unit that was distinctly pink. Others have also complained about this, too. I'll be returning it as soon as I have time.

Summary: Great Product
Comment: Really convenient charger. Low profile, the phone drops right into it and is charged by contact points on the back of the phone. My only problem is I think I was sent a pink charger. It is a VERY subtle hue of pink so it doesn't bother me, and it just be silver. Either way, I highly recommend this product.

Summary: Looks good and Charges but no Sync
Comment: I am sad to say this product only does half of what I was told it would do. Unless mine is just messed up, it charges with a USB cable to your computer but does not sync. Also is also another minor problem...there are no 2 color LEDs to show charging or fully charged. The front LED is white and stays that way as long as it is plugged in no matter if the phone is in the cradle or out of the cradle, as well as if it is charging or fully charged. (I thought that this might be because I was charging using the USB cable so I tried the plug and still white). Overall it looks good but the 3 stars are because it doesn't sync which even on the BB site it says it will do.
