Comment: Great blues chops. I'd never believe the players were 16, 14 and 9. The lead singer and guitarist, oldest brother, plays like a synthesis of BB King, Jimi Hendricks and Duane Allman. But really a sound all their own.
They must be old souls and are channeling delta blues greats. their father wrote all the material. The lyrics sound contemporary and ageless. Like or better than Cream at their peak. I first heard them on Fresh Air, NPR. They played 2 live tunes and I knew I had to get their CD. I listen to Son House, Robert Johnson, Jimi Hendricks, the Allman Brothers, Bobby Blue Bland, Eric Clapton, Richard Thompson and the Grateful Dead among others. They easily join this group. I look forward to their growth.

The Homemade Jamz Blues Band rocked the Blues world by coming in second at the 2007 International Blues Challenge in Memphis-competing against 100 other bands.Since then, they have amazed B.B.
