Editorial Reviews: This beautifully crafted sea turtle shaped Karimba (also knows as a kalimba, Mbira or Thumb Piano) is hand made from coconut shell, with the legs, tail and head hand carved from Indonesian Albessia wood.Metal keys are suspended above the acoustic chamber and when plucked with the fingers or thumbs make a delightfully rich note. This gorgeous mbira is great for use as a decoration, and makes a great educational gift for children.
